Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the online parking reservation system provided by Astreco Holding JSC (hereafter referred to as parking.astreco.bg). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and parking.astreco.bg, granting you the right to use the website and its services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any future updates. If you do not agree to all of the terms listed below, please do not use the parking.astreco.bg website.

2. Website Features
The Provider offers remote parking space reservations via the website and reservation platform.
In exchange for the services, Users pay the listed price in accordance with these Terms and any amendments published on the site. The User expressly acknowledges that placing a reservation through the site implies a payment obligation.
3. Registration
Users can browse the site and reservation system freely without registering.
To book a space, the User may need to fill out a real-time registration form, providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information in all required fields (marked with an asterisk).
By registering, Users voluntarily provide their personal data and consent to its processing.
If false, outdated, or incomplete data is submitted, the Provider reserves the right to terminate or deny access to some or all services without prior notice.
The Provider is not responsible for incorrect reservations caused by inaccurate data provided by the User.
4. Reservations
Reservations and contract formation with the Provider may occur with or without registration.
By making a reservation without registering, Users consent to the collection and use of their personal data solely for the purposes stated in these Terms.
Reservations can be submitted 24/7.
All prices are listed in Bulgarian Leva (BGN) and include VAT. The Provider reserves the right to change prices or services at any time without prior notice. The User pays the price as listed at the time of the reservation, regardless of subsequent updates.
Before finalizing a reservation, Users can review and modify their cart (services, quantities, payment method, etc.).
Users acknowledge that some services may not be available at the time of reservation.
If a selected service is unavailable, the Provider will notify the User within 48 hours via email or phone. If this falls on a non-business day, the notification will be sent on the next business day.
In such cases, any prepaid amounts will be fully refunded.
If payment is not received within 2 calendar days, the reservation is automatically canceled, and the Provider is not obligated to fulfill it.
The Provider may request additional confirmation via phone or email. Refusal to confirm may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
5. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery – Payment upon collection or delivery, where applicable

Card Payment – Online via virtual POS terminal with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro

Bank Transfer – Payment in advance to a specified bank account. Proof of payment (receipt, transaction number, etc.) must be sent by email

We value your privacy. We collect and use your personal data only for providing services, processing orders and payments, and improving your experience.

8. Disputes and Final Provisions
In case of disputes, both parties agree to try to resolve the issue amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be settled by the competent Bulgarian court.
While the Provider strives to keep all information accurate and up to date, it does not guarantee completeness or reliability.
The Provider is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, internet outages, third-party issues, etc.) outside its control.
